Cool Cue reminds you to open your windows in the evening when the outside air has cooled, and to close them in the morning before the day warms up. If something is not working, here is the short version — and an address that reaches a person.

How do I cancel?

In your device’s own store settings, not here. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: the Play Store app → your profile → Payments and subscriptions. We cannot cancel a subscription for you, and neither can this website.

My reminders are not arriving.

Cool Cue needs permission to send notifications. Check that they are switched on for Cool Cue in your phone’s settings, and that the day’s forecast high actually reaches your trigger temperature — on cooler days the app stays quiet on purpose.

My reminders arrive late.

On Android, open Settings → Apps → Cool Cue → Alarms & reminders and allow it. Without that, Android may hold a reminder back by up to an hour.

We answer every message. If you are writing about a reminder that did not arrive, please tell us your phone model and the times you have set — that is almost always enough to find it.
